Premium makes financial sense when your monthly payment volume exceeds **$4,900**.

At $4,900/month in payments:

Above $4,900/month, you save money on Premium:

## Stripe Processing Fees

All plans use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe fees are the same regardless of your Tillage plan:

- **Credit/Debit Cards:** 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
- **ACH Bank Transfers:** 0.8% capped at $5 per transaction
- **International Cards:** Additional 1.5% for cross-border transactions

## Convenience Fees (Premium)

Premium users can pass processing fees to their clients:

- Configure at the team level or per-invoice
- Clients see the total amount before paying
- Only applies to credit card payments (not ACH)
- Set as percentage or fixed amount

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Is there a free trial for Premium?**
The free plan is fully functional with unlimited usage. You can upgrade to Premium at any time to access AI features and remove the platform fee.

**Can I cancel Premium anytime?**
Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. You'll keep Premium features until the end of your billing period.

**What happens if I downgrade?**
You'll retain access to all your data. AI quote generation will no longer be available, and a 1% platform fee will apply to future payments.
