Client Profiles
Each client in Tillage includes:
Basic Information
- Company name - Client's business name
- Industry - Business sector
- Company size - Small, medium, large, enterprise
- Business type - B2B, B2C, nonprofit, etc.
- Website - Client's website URL
- Address - Physical location
Notes
Keep track of important details:
- Project history
- Communication preferences
- Internal notes about the relationship
- Special requirements or considerations
Client Logo
Upload client logos for:
- Professional quote headers
- Contract documents
- Invoice branding
Multiple Contacts
Each client can have multiple contacts:
Contact Details
- First and last name
- Job title/role
- Email address
- Office phone
- Mobile phone
- Fax (if needed)
Primary Contact
Designate one contact as primary:
- Default recipient for quotes and invoices
- Used in smart variable replacements
- First point of contact
Contact Roles
Track who does what:
- Decision maker
- Project manager

Adding Clients
Manual Entry
- Go to Clients > Add Client
- Enter company information
- Add at least one contact
- Save
Import from Harvest
- Settings > Integrations
- Connect Harvest account
- Click "Import Clients"
- Review and confirm import
Harvest import includes:

- Contact information
- Automatic duplicate detection
